The price he offered me was fair (below quotes that I had been offered by two different competitors) and the quality of work was exceptional. We had a great experience with Tiger Appliance. Our range broke after a self cleaning cycle and after getting the runaround from another company for weeks only to be canceled on because of "backordered parts," we were really stressed. Tiger came in, assessed it, got the parts, and repaired it all in just about a week. The technician was helpful and skilled and Jay was great about scheduling.
