Tiger Carpet Care / Flood and mold remediation

I decided to use Tiger Carpet Care based off all the raving reviews. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the quality of cleaning that I received. I had Tiger clean 2 rooms of carpet and a couch. When I called to schedule they were very nice, and got me scheduled within a couple days... which was great! The first thing the cleaner said to me as he walked through the door was "That's going to cost more" referring to my couch. He called his office then came back in to tell me it would be an extra $100 for my couch. He was already there and I needed everything cleaned so we moved forward. He cleaned... I paid him...he left. Tiger carpet care did an outstanding job with cleaning our carpets. The staff conducted themselves in a professional and friendly manner. I definitely would recommend them.

Truly an amazing company that can do it all. Made my home smell like new! Got ride of many stains and fixed some burns. Highly recommend them to anyone!!

Fake company. Literally had to cancel one time to reschedule due to my painters not done; in the way. My painters wouldn’t want to be working around duct cleaning. Plus children. I called them again to reschedule they wouldn’t honor the price increased it 50 dollars. So then I wanted them to just to my dryer and they wanted to charge me 500 for just an air duct cleaning for a dryer. Big scam worth it to go some where else. I had them to my carpet in the whole house when we moved in and my grandparents stair case & they are just crying over one reschedule due to painters being in my house.
