do not hire Tommy’s Lawn Care Service. I’m genuinely furious. All I asked for was a basic mow and edge. That’s it. I even texted Tommy twice beforehand to confirm what I needed. He replied with a thumbs-up emoji. I should have known. First, they showed up three hours late with no apology—just blasting music out of the truck like it was a block party. Tommy gets out, chewing something, doesn’t greet me, doesn’t ask any questions, just nods and starts unloading equipment like he’s about to perform surgery on my lawn. Then they mowed everything at what had to be the lowest setting possible. I’m talking golf course bald. You can literally see the wheel marks where they peeled the grass back. They didn’t edge anything. Didn’t bag the clippings. Just left big clumps all over my driveway, flow

He came, looked at.my lot with me, quoted me $50 and then sent me a text stating he checked Google maps and found my lot to be bigger than he thought and said it would be $78. With 22 years experience that he states he has, shouldn’t he have a better gauge on lot size? I made the mistake of telling him what a competitor quoted me and then he upped his quote. Crooked as they come!! Beware!! His word is NOTHING

They tried to start a fight with me at the gas station in Richmond because their friend on a motorcycle was blocking traffic... Very rude
