Nate showed up and walked up through everything he would be doing, he was very professional. When he was finished he showed us a few issues he found, he explained what was wrong with them and who to contact for repairs. He also emailed us the home inspection report which I really liked. I will definitely be using Tiger Home Inspections in the future!

Nate Kuzdzal recently inspected the home I am selling. He got it wrong on so many levels, it prompts me to leave this factual review so you do not use him. Direct to the issues. He gave water heater a poor rating. Stated that it is installed incorrectly and does not generate hot water. Licensed plumber disagrees. When testing the hot water , he likely tested from a sink that recent work was done because the connections under the sink were reversed. A good home inspector would have checked that. The roof was recently replaced and a large gable vent closed in as it was too large and too open, allowing for the possibility of critters etc to get in. He stated that was wrong and needed to be open , that the roof wasn't adequately vented. Langley roof disagrees. They added a roof mount

Very courteous and professional. Showed up on time. And really spent adequate time inspecting everything. Went over everything in detail with us. I would definitely recommend Tiger Home Inspections!!
