Although no work was performed during this visit, he thoroughly diagnosed the issue and clearly explained all available options. Inviting someone you don’t know into your home can sometimes feel uncomfortable, but Chris immediately put me at ease. He did not feel like a stranger at all. His professionalism and approach made a lasting impression. When I’m ready to move forward with the work, I will personally request Chris. Jon Baker came to fix a water leak on a Sunday. He did a great job and left the place extremely clean! The price was very reasonable for an after hours emergency job. I am very grateful that Tiger has great service techs willing to work weekends.
