I worked with Robin Raab and can not say enough about how helpful she was! I had 3 bathrooms I needed to select products for. I have already recommended her to numerous friends. She was so incredibly helpful and patient - she helped me think of everything. Robin offered me numerous options based on what I said I was looking for - including different price points. She not only helped with my tile selection, but walked me through choosing all the extra finishes I didn't even know I needed - trims, curb pieces, etc. My tile installer was also thrilled to see that everything needed for the project was delivered and labeled. Robin was very responsive and just amazing to work with. I will add pictures once my project is complete. Thank you Robin!

Peter and I are doing a bathroom remodel and shopped many tile stores until we met Robert Russell at Tile America Fairfield. He was so professional, knowledgeable and funny it was easy to make Tile America our choice for purchasing all our bathroom needs. Thank you Robert for making a stressful situation downright fun! It ended at the completion of the remodel. When my contractor needed help throughout the project Robert was always there to help. Excellent service. Staff was incredibly helpful. They spent a great deal of time helping me select our choices for our bathroom renovation. We never felt rushed at any moment during our visit, and we never felt like we were pressured to make a decision or submit our order immediately. The prices were also very reasonable. We will definitely go here again for our next project! Great job for all of them 10 stars 🌟

Store manager Robert Russell was super helpful in recommending tile options for our bathroom remodel. Orders shipped very fast and warehouse guys made pick up easy.
