We had the shower floor of our main bathroom replaced. Joe Rasul was our sales person, who promptly came out to our house and gave us a quote. In addition, when we went to the Tile Center to look at tiles, Joe had already picked a tile out for us, which looks great against our existing wall tile. We looked at other tile samples and ended up going with Joe's recommendation. He's good! Thomas, the installer, and Miguel, his helper, were friendly and very conscientious. They took great care to make sure our wood floors were covered/protected. They were able to remove the old shower floor and tiles without damaging any of the other tiles, which we were not replacing. Super professional work on tile installation in our entrance hall. They are not cheap; their price was the highest of the four estimates we had requested. But Joe Rasul impressed us with his expertise when he did measurements and the company agreed to lower a price a bit. No regrets. Dennis who did installation was the best contractor we have ever dealt with. His planning and execution of the project were excellent and his workmanship stellar. We wanted to update a halfbath by removing warped laminate wood flooring that was installed by the previous owners. We chose Tile Center because they had the resources for a smaller project.
