Zabrina was so patient with the husband and wife team where the husband routinely wandered around the showroom and was sometimes a disruptive jerk by pulling out obvious no-gos (husband authoring this review). Ultimately, Zabrina’s excitement for tile was even too infectious for husband to not participate. Some decisions went quick (much to my glee), some needed more time. Zabrina helped on each and was honest based on what she learned of our preferences.
