Bill is incredible. We had a contractor do a horrible tile job in our alcove shower. Nothing was sealed properly, grout lines were completely uneven and had holes, mortar was all over the place. It was unusable and it was a disaster. We had no choice but to rip it out and start over. Bill came over promptly and quoted us very fairly to rip out the tile and re-do it. We trusted him right from the start and he provided us with his insurance and a contract. He got the job done in about 4 days and it is BEAUTIFUL. He is truly an artist. He was also always on time and so clean...always picking up after himself and leaving no trace behind. Stark contrast to our last contractor! We will definitely hire Bill again for any future tile jobs! Trust me...you will love him!

Bill did a fantastic job tiling my bathroom floor and shower. Excellent craftsmanship and highly knowledgeable and a fair price. He help with a couple problem areas that I was unsure of how to handle in regards to tile type. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or have him do additional work for me.
