Love this place and they let you take free samples. Always able to find what I need and the guys are super helpful!

Decently price options for every price point. If you're looking for more bold colorful tile options you may not find that but there are great options for more neutral palettes.

If I could give zero stars.. I would. I had a terrible experience when working with the Tile Outlet. At first I was OBSESSED. Loved my beautiful tile that was just put in my very first house. Until I took ONE shower and it stained completely. Yes the tile was sealed (I took every precaution I could). After this I talked to a few sales associates and they had "no idea" how this could happen and "nothing they can do" Won't be recommending the tile outlet to ANYONE in the Chicagoland area. I am very disappointed.

Great store. Big selection. Helpful group. Good price.

If you want to be overwhelmed by tiles and "other floor stuff" visit them. A lot of options to choose from and reasonable prices.
