The Tile Shop in Guilford is great to work with. Kathy in the shop is extremely knowledgeable and helpful through the process. Ray is a master at solving problems and laying tile. He is a perfectionist and my shower is beautifully done. The whole team is polite and keeps the work area tidy. I highly recommend The Tile Shop!
We ordered extra tile just to be sure we’d have enough for our kitchen backsplash and the sales lady assured us it could be returned as long as it was a full box! When we went to return, it she changed her story. Now stuck with 2 full boxes and out some $. Buyer beware!! Tried to keep our business local but won’t continue to do so with such dishonesty.
