If this clown talks to customers the way he likes to threaten new neighbors I would be surprised if anyone used him. Not very smart making lil threats when you have a public company haha. One of the rudest people I've ever met for no reason. Threatening do do something bad to my dog and me because he sniffed your cows when THEY WALKED up the fence to sniff him back? Seems a little excessive but okay. Call the cops on me for walking my dog down the public roadway? That's pretty low but just like the cops told you I wasn't doing anything wrong. What a welcome to the neighborhood haha thankfully the rest of the neighbors so far are better people but there's always that one guy. Here he is

We had a compressor failure on our A/C unit and called Tim Taylor A/C Heating & Refrigeration LLC. The unit was under warranty and even though Tim's did not install the unit, Tim and Timmy worked with us. They came out when they said the part was in, warranted the part, and installed the compressor and filters, cleaned the evaporator coil and checked everything out thoroughly. They are Honest Hard working and very very knowledgeable and professional. My wife and I like to work with local folks would treat people like they would like to be treated and this is the case with these guys! Super job and fast and efficient. I called Tim for some service on my ac unit on two separate occasions. The first time it took him 24hrs to return the call. 2nd time, he never called back at all... Definitely wouldnt use the guy in future.

I have known the Taylors for over 20 years and in all that time I have never seen them to be anything less than professional, polite, hard working, and just good people in general. We maintain a small rental business(so we maintain several A/C units) and I can say it is so hard to find someone to make things right again as quickly and with the professional quality you get by doing business with the Taylors.
