Timber Tree Service

This company has no idea how to run a business. I called to get an estimate on two piles of stumps and old wood I had sitting in my yard. The man I talked to who I believe was the manager had me text over pictures. So I send over two separate pictures and he says okay that looks like it’ll be about 300, okay great. He says send over my info and he’ll get me scheduled. So I do, and hear nothing back. The next day I call and leave a message about scheduling a pickup date. I get a call that same day while I’m out running errands from timber that they are currently at my house removing the wood (with no confirmation or heads up) and that it’ll be another 250 because of my yard having hills and bumps. Okay sure whatever. Then I bring them to the second pile to which they apparently “had no idea

We recently hired Timber Tree Service for tree and stump removal after a recommendation. We spoke with Jonah who took care of everything for the job to be done. He was attentive and a good communicator on our questions and concerns. They did a complete removal of a massive silver maple on our property and did an excellent job doing so. We also had multiple stumps ground too. They were reasonably priced and professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a tree service!

Had timber tree service on my work at the Bernardine of Salina Street and I must say they were very professional they did a incredible job I would give you guys a 10 if I could thank you so much for what you did they were very professional and told me everything they were doing again thank you so much

So far, I've recommended Timber Tree Service to 5 people. They were not only professional, they did the job faster than any other tree service we've hired. After they were done, they made sure everything was cleaned up AND even brought our garbage/recycling bins back up to our house after the trash pickup!!! From the office to the guys who came out, they're wonderful. If you're looking for tree services and you haven't, at the very least, asked for an estimate from them, I have one question? What are you waiting for?!

Timber Tree is exceptional! So professional and delivers! We had another service come out to give us a quote and an estimate of service time - the situation needed to be taken care of soon. The company name means the same as “base of the tree + destroy” They promised same week service, but they never showed up. Timber Tree took care of the issue the same day they came to give the estimate! They needed to come back the next day for removal of larger sections of the trees, and they did so in a timely manner. You will not be disappointed!!
