Honestly installers do not take care of cabinets and cabinets are repaired with subpar fixes. The supervisor that comes out is arrogant and will make tons of excuses I would never recommend the material is ok.

I would give zero stars if I could. I scheduled twice to have my cabinets replaced and they no showed twice. They had cabinets delivered in May and it is September and still no install

Timberlake has attempted to replace poor quality cabinets with even worse cabinets and then damaged my refrigerator. The quality is super cheap and the service is horrible, no follow up.

While all the service folks are nice, these are the poorest quality cabinets I’ve ever seen. We’ve had so many issues with the overall install, but now we’ve also have several of the cabinets completely separate and falling apart, and it takes them months and months and months to order a replacement. Good cabinets shouldn’t fall apart at this rate though, that’s the scary thing, ive never had this many cabinets separate at the seams and fall apart in any previous house or project I’ve done. Picture is an example of what we keep having occur, the sides literally come detached from the sides.

No star for this company (if I could) and I can’t believe that our house builder (Meritage Homes) teamed up with this cabinetry company. There’s no sense of responsibility and accountability for this company after damaging our brand new dryer. They are trying to run away with it and avoid me. I am not surprised why this company has VERY POOR RATING because of its people running it. I am surprised they are still in the market making business. THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST. There is NO QUALITY IN THEIR PRODUCTS AND NO QUALITY IN ALL OUTPUTS.
