Timberline Mechanical System LLC

My experience with Timberline has been extremely disappointing and I do not recommend them. They installed a Navien boiler in my condo. Just days after the installation, it already had an error code. I've had a multitude of error codes persisting for years, despite dozens of visits from their technicians. As a homeowner, this process has been extremely stressful and I strongly warn others against hiring this company.

We contacted Timberline Mechanical yesterday afternoon. Emily was extremely friendly, and set us up for next day, early morning maintenance and repairs. Nick Norrod was very personable, prompt, knowledgeable, and was able to repair our commercial AC unit within two hours of arriving! He even had to leave/ come back with the part needed!! Got a second opinion and caught them committing fraud at worst or incompetence at best. Advised we needed a new blower and wanted over 2k for it, turns out it was an issue with the new electrical board and just need a different fuse. Got fixed for less than 10% of the Timberline quote, border line theft in my opinion. STAY AWAY!

Timberline has been great to work with while installing the necessary components to implement a fume hood into my lab. They were responsive, timely and performed quality work that ensured we had an operational lab in a short span of time- I'm very impressed! Most of my interactions have been with Sarah F, who has been incredibly mindful and knowledgeable along this whole process. Whenever I have reached out with questions or inquiries she has been quick, thorough & accommodating; even going so far as to coordinate with other vendors to ensure the project gets completed in a timely manner. I look forward to working with Sarah and the Timberline crew again in the future.

I want to thank Timberline for helping us out with our home in Boulder. They went the extra mile to fix a baseboard heater in our home. I want to thank Emily, Jose and the rest of the team for their help. Everytime I spoke to Emily she kind and professional. Great company.
