I was renovating a home on a tight time frame. I sent photos and measurements of the existing kitchen with an idea of what I wanted it to look like when I was complete. The plan included opening up a wall to give the kitchen an open concept look. Anyway, 2 days to receive the drawings and another day for me to approve the drawings. Then they were sent to the cabinet maker for a quote. The quote came in one day. Once I placed the order I received the cabinets in less than 2 weeks. Everything was perfect and the kitchen turned out great. Along the way I had a few questions and my phone calls were answered immediately and I was assigned a manager for the job. We were looking for the same type of cabinets we had in our home and the local company didn't carry that brand anymore. We reached out to the cabinet manufacturer who put us in touch with Timeless. There were several back and forth communications to ensure we got what we needed and what were looking for. I was surprised at how fast we received the cabinets, I think it was only about a week even though they were a couple of states away. We had the cabinets a month or two before we installed them and in the process we found that we were missing some of the clips the shelves sit on as well as the touch-up pen had leaked out. The service I received from this company was extraordinary. I had contacted the company that had manufactured the cabinets in my home. They were purchased by previous owners and I had no idea who to contact to get a replacement of a damaged sink cabinet panel. The manufacturer reached out to Timeless cabinets who emailed me for further details. They were able to coordinate a replacement and quote. Within a week I had the replacement delivered to my home. It was a perfect match . I can't say enough how impressed I was with this company. If they provide this level of support to me I can only imagine the support that they give to their customers that purchase their cabinets.
