Timeless Wood Products

Was referred to Timeless by Frost Lumber for a small job mitering boards to make four faux beams. I spoke with Barry and from the jump I could tell he didn’t want the work. Rather than just telling me that, he was rude and continued to over complicate the job by asking for cross section drawings!! Really? To miter four pieces of wood ?? I’d rather pay twice and not deal with someone so rude.

Was referred to Timeless from Frost Hardwood Lumber for a small job. I paid Frost to deliver the butcher block. Once it was delivered, Timeless would not return my calls. Once I finally received a call back, I was told "I was not their only customer", that I spoke to the other guy earlier in the week and not him, and that I should come pick it up because they won't do the work for me. I was very polite, but clearly they don't want my business....not sure why.

This company was very rude and unprofessional. I attempted to have them mill two objects. When discussing the project, I spoke to one of their representatives on the phone. He was incredibly condescending through the process. I attempted several times to explain what we wanted to be done. Instead of listening to what I was saying, he asked me the same question several times and was upset when I provided him the same answers. I asked him about what information he needed that I was not providing him. He then belittled me for providing him with the exact information that he was asking for. The representative was unprofessional, condescending, and clearly unable to communicate on a very basic level about the company's services.

Lol I worked for the Eggleston bros bacback in... jesus... 1991? My first job out of drafting school! Glad to see these guys still in business. I had the best time working for these guys. will never forget the experience... work ended badly but it was my fault. Anyway, I've come a long way since thanks to lessons learned.
