Times Square Parking - Valet Garage

HORRIBLE experience. Never using this parking lot again. Paid $45 to park for 3 hours, and had to wait an extra HOUR for our car. There was a line of people waiting behind us that received their car before us. Even once a whole other rush of people began coming, those people got their car before us. We were waiting till the very end with absolutely no help from the workers after voicing our concerns. Completely inappropriate and unacceptable behavior from such a useful business.

Maybe I got there and left at the right times, we didn't have an issue with arrival or departure waiting for the car, less than 10 minutes. Rates were very good considering it's NYC and you're steps away from Times Square. Used Spot Hero for reservations and payment all went seamless.

EDIT: they did not verify that it was our car before letting us drive off - quite a potential issue! Tourists beware! Absolutely terrible experience - we were charged more than the sign said because our car was an SUV. It was $52 for only 3 hours of parking! Rude, impatient staff who honked constantly at everyone waiting. They have all the power once you leave your car here. Go elsewhere if you can!

This was the most extroocious experience I have ever had with a parking lot. We dropped our car off with the rudest employees. We come back and there a crazy line of people and we knew were would be waiting. While we were waiting, the employees drove the cars out about 30 mph. We heard the employees talking rude to customers and it was very bad. When we finally got our car, it was about an hour wait. Then we had to take about 15 minutes to get out of the parking lot. Never go here. Might as well just walk from anywhere but here!

HORRIBLE experience. We reserved a parking spot with drop-off at 9.30AM and exit before the midnight. We came back to exit at 11:30 and they didn’t want to let us leave without paying double the price because apparently we exceeded timing of reservation. Very unpleasant staff, changed their explanations three times (so not well-informed at all). To avoid at all cost !
