We had a bit of a dire situation with a large, 20 ft branch that broke off our tree and was hovering over our house. I called Times Up and within the hour, TJ came to assess the damage and work needed. He and his crew came first thing this morning and cleared the branch, trimmed a few more unstable branches, and cleaned everything up, plus left us with some firewood. Fair price and good work. We were pleased with the project completed for us by Time’s Up Tree Experts. We had need for shrub removal, stump grinding and some tree work. The consultation, quote and work were all done to our complete satisfaction. Terrence is conscientious and very pleasant to work with!

We didn't end up using this company, but we greatly appreciate his time in coming out and giving a quote. He was very communicative and professional. One of his guys was supposed to come out to our property to provide a quote, but got hung up at another job. He kept in contact with me, let me know the situation, and then came out himself. He was very personable and friendly, and he offered a fair quote. We will definitely keep him in mind.

I have to say that the guys at times up tree experts were great. They were the first to respond and the first to provide me a quote. Overall I was very happy with them in handling some limbs that had a potential for causing damage while also removing some limbs that had fallen but were dangerously hanging in the tree. Very responsive to my questions as well as identifying some poison ivy in the area they were working in for our reference.

If there were ten stars that I was able to leave then I definitely would, everyone was very professional and kind throughout the entire process. Their attention to detail was remarkable I’d have to say the least I told them what I wanted and they delivered! Wonderful job, I will be recommending them to my friends, family and neighbors!!
