DO NOT BOOK I was quoted over $13,000.00 for a new HVAC system in mid July with a promise to get the new system in before my wife and I left for our wedding and honeymoon on July 31st. I wired them $6,500.00 as you must deposit half the amount of the quote upfront. Tingley never showed and I received a call on my wedding day from who I think was the owner apologizing for being OOO for his son's baseball tournament. Fast forward until now and I have followed up with them 4 times through the customer service line, originally trying to reschedule but my latest call was to get my money back because no one has responded to my inquiries. Craig was extremely professional, helpful, thorough, and pleasant. Couldn't ask for anyone better. During installation, my wife and I decided that our original choice for where to put the Mitsubishi heat pump was going to block our view. Service manager Brett came up with a solution. Tingley doubled the crew size and worked late into the evening to complete the installation in the new location. The OWNER even showed up on scene to help with the electrical work. It was amazing. Heat pump up and running smoothly thanks to this amazing company.

I was not an easy client as I kept changing requirements and adding stuff to do, and worrying about the legal aspect. I worked very closely with Jason Ayik and he was amazing. He listened and thought through every solution we considered, was communicative and double checked all the work and ensured everything went smoothly. We were very happy with the end result and had no issues with follow-up inspections. Jason helped out as much as possible given our circumstances and I appreciate him very much. The Tingley office is always a call away and follows up on all requests.

John was wonderful to work with! He explained each step and patiently answered all my questions. They put a new outlet in and replaced a kitchen light. I then decided to replace another kitchen light. Even though this added a lot of time onto their visit, they did not rush me and made sure I was happy with all the work before leaving.
