I wanna start off by saying we were referred to him . He fixed my parents stove no issue, same day. We contacted him to checkout our washer that was making some noises, he came paid him $50 to inspect him, no problem since it was some distance from his location. He told us what we needed to buy & even told us he didn’t check thoroughly something else that may be the problem. He told me he could come by December 1st to check what he said might be the issue as well, before i ordered the parts. Monday came and no show, contacted him wednesday and he said “sorry i was busy”. Contacted him three times after and no response back on setting up a time to come and fix the washer. he was a really nice person upon first meeting him, so a bit caught off guard with him ghosting us.

I called Tuesday and requested service. Was told to send over tenant information and that he would reach out and schedule to swing by. After the run around every day for 3 days, he finally said he couldn't work with a company (Apartment Complex) because we couldn't pay him immediately after the work was performed. We pay all vendors on 10th and 25th of the month. Two stars because he actually took my call after the third call and explained that.

Jonathan Rodriquez with Pepe’s did a great job diagnosing and fixing an issue with our washing machine. We were happy with his professionalism and his rates. We highly recommend Jonathan and will definitely use his services again.

Sorry to be posting this so late. A few months ago, I called about my dryer. The button was no longer connecting to turn it on. Jonathan came by and looked at it. Told me an easy way to by bass, being able to use it, but that the motor was going out. As soon as I had enough money to get one from him, I did. I didn't want to wait until I could no longer use the one I had. Jonathan brought me one of their used dryers. I'm not picky. Just want my clothes dried. The one he brought was sufficient. But at some point within the day, it started making a loud noise. I tried to get past it bc it was cheap and used. But then it got louder and faster. I recorded the noise and sent it in a text. I totally understand that people have lives. And waited for a response. I did end up calling

Called and asked if they provided services for a dishwasher. First two time they picked up was a doozy since they seemed to be in a bad service area. Called back once he got to a good service and provided free advice over the phone.
