I had TipTop Plumbing install a new Navien tankless water heater and the entire experience was first class. Stephen Walling was the installer and he was exceptional. He showed up prepared, stayed focused the entire day, and treated the job like a professional. He took out the old tank system cleanly and installed the new Navien with real craftsmanship. Every connection, every adjustment, every step was done with care. Stephen has the kind of work ethic you do not see much anymore. He was respectful of my home, kept me informed, answered questions without rushing, and made sure the system was dialed in and fully tested before he left. We needed a new water heater installed and spoke to several companies. Parker and Son who did the initial installation was outrageously expense quoting over $3000 just for the labor. Tip Top came in at a very reasonable price and got it done the next day. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Our water heater died. I had used Tip Top Plumbing on previous occasions. I called and Chris was able to come out within an hour due to a cancellation . I was quoted a reasonable price for a water heater replacement. Chris did a job that went above and beyond just an installation. He was informative, knowledgeable and personable. We have used this company for many years, a couple of name changes. They are great, responsive, always fair. Try to get Chris to come to your house. He is the best. I will only use Tip Top in the future
