Tip Top Pools

I would recommend Tip Top Pools ten times over! They’re a local family business which is very hard to come by these days. Susanne and Thomas are always responsive when it comes to service, billing, repairs, and any general questions I have about my pool. I recently had to get a pump repair and they had a very fair price and then turned around and fixed it the next day! I’m a happy camper with Tip Top Pools! 😃

I have been using Tip Top Pools for over 2 years now. I absolutely love the service. I love that we are taken care of like family. The owners Suzanne and Thomas are incredible at replying to issues. I had a heater problem recently and Thomas was fixing it IN THE DARK, that evening. Id give 10 stars if I could. Other business' dont have the customer service like this company.

Thomas and his team that are Tip Top Pools are great at what they do. Simple, straight forward, effective and timely at every level with clear professionalism and execution! I was in need of a new pool pump motor and the installation of it. The team arrived when they said they would and installed the new pump motor with out a hitch and my pool is back functional once again. From the customer service to the installation no issues and great service! I’m sure they run all other aspects of Tip Top Pools in the same fashion with passion and care for their customers. I’d highly recommend the team of Tip Top Pools for all your pool maintenance needs.

I just had the pleasure of working with Tip Top Pools to clean my pool and I have to say, I'm really impressed. The team was super friendly and professional, and they did an amazing job. My pool has never looked better! I was really impressed with how thorough they were. They didn't just skim the surface and call it a day, they took the time to scrub every nook and cranny to make sure my pool was spotless. And they even gave me some tips on how to keep it clean between their visits, which I really appreciated. Great local and family owned business. You get the same worker each time! They never miss a week. Text you personally about any issues. Thomas the owner, installed a heat pump with a better warranty and lower price than Pentair/Pinch a penny. Heater was also from a Fl based company. Very happy and highly recommended!
