Tip Top Restoration

The folks at Tip Top installed my roof about 12 years ago and did a great job. I recently called them back to replace the ventilation fans and to clean the roof. They did an excellent job at a great price. I’ll be calling again when it’s time for a new roof or any other services they offer.

TipTop Roofing and Mike specifically were fantastic to work with. They helped me navigate the entire roof replacement process from Insurance coverage to HOA issues seamlessly. The roof was completed quickly and my neighbors have commented on how professional the crew was. This is a picky group of people and the fact that they were all impressed says a lot. I would highly recommend this company for any roof work you may need.

a couple of years ago, Steve replaced my old roof and did a great job doing so. he worked with m insurance adjuster through the whole process and took the stress of it all off of me. A couple of days ago, my wife noticed a roof leak in our home while it was raining. I called Steve at Tip Top Restoration and he was at my house in a couple of hours. he got right up on the roof and took care of some caulking that need to be done and noticed the gutter was clogged too. this was causing the water to back up into my roof line. he took the extra time to get out a hose and get back up the ladder and work the clogged debris out of my gutter. I hope I don't have a need for Steve in the near future, but if anyone needs a roof or restoration work, I would highly recommend Steve and Tip Top Restoration

Great people to work with. Handled everything for m . All work done in a timely manner and excellent workmanship. I've used these guys for a roof replacement and a roof repair to fix a water leak in the past. Wont find a better company or people to do your roof replacement or repairs.

We dealt with Mike and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. His rapport with the adjuster was phenomenal which kept us from dealing with stress of replacement. New roof is beautiful.
