Tip Top Rug Care did an outstanding job with cleaning our area rugs throughout our Hamptons summer home. We had a flawless experience communicating with the office. They went above and beyond working with my assistant and myself by answering all of our questions, explaining the cleaning process and working with my assistant to schedule the pick up and delivery. The rug cleaning itself was superb. They removed all the stains and odors. There was a big coffee stain on a white rug in the primary bedroom.
