I had 8 to 9 large dead trees in my backyard that had bothered me for years. Jim and his team responded quickly—from providing a quote to scheduling the project. The two-day project was an absolute pleasure. What impressed me the most was not only their professionalism and responsiveness, but also the way they truly thought from the customer's perspective. Jim took the initiative to communicate with my neighbors on both sides, since some trees were close to the property lines. He and his team carefully protected my neighbor’s swimming pool.
