Troy attempted to fix my refrigerator and bought a bunch of parts for it and it never succeeded. I had to buy brand new refrigerator. I then had something go wrong with my new oven and he had me buy an expensive part and his not returned any of my phone calls or text messages. He said that he’s no longer able to service my needs. Very unprofessional!

Tipp's came the same day we called him. Very nice man and figured out the problem, fixed it and out the door within an hour. Highly recommend Tipp's Appliances.

Delivered my washer and dryer, didn’t install correctly causing my basement to flood. When he was called back to address the problem nobody was home and he let himself into my residence unaccompanied.
