Titan Air Conditioning & Heating

Had very good service from Titan. My AC outside unit blew up (smoke and fluid everywhere). Titan were recommended by my electrician. They were great: checked the warranty and even came out the same day to replace it. The installment took about 5 hrs and the service techs were polite, friendly and thorough. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that when the quote was provided, I was told “$X plus the frion” The price charged for the installation was exactly per the quote, but the final bill was over 50% more due to the charge for the frion which I did not expect to be so expensive. That’s my fault for not asking how much the frion would be but it would be great to have been given a rough idea how much the frion would be in advance. Other than that I fully recommend Titan.

Excellent customer service. Any time I call they are very prompt and no BS about how their technicians are scheduled days or weeks out. 1 year later and I'd still them 5 of 5 stars.

Appointment started off but a bit of a hiccup, the problem was very complex and the first tech had issues resolving the problem, but the company sent someone over first thing the next morning. The senior tech was very methodical and resolved the issues. Heat has never been working better.

I had a hissing sound coming from the outside unit, and a droning sound from the impeller. Donny showed up right on time, checked the power, refrigerant, ran it in cooling and heating cycles, gave me some valuable tips, and told me what could be acting, but it was not failing yet. It was a pleasant experience. No wonder Titan's ratings are as good as they are.

Will was very informative and polite. Would recommend him and his company. He was honest and thorough. Will use u guys for maintenance every six months.
