Jose took his time to inspect the unit outside and in the attic. Wasn't happy to hear the the motor went out and I've only had this unit for 4 years. The overall experience was good though

We just bought our house 3 months ago and my nightmare came true, our 10 year old HVAC system broke down right after we moved in. I've reached out to a few AC repair companies and Titan Air Solutions is one of the best HVAC companies in DFW when you need any repairs & maintenance. Jose was the technician that helped installed a new blower motor to our old HVAC TRANE system and he went above and beyond my expectations. He was punctual to the scheduled time and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. He was able diagnose the issue quickly and I really like how he educated us on why our system failed. He also went the extra mile and cleaned out the coils (at no extra charge) so we can get an accurate reading on the Freon levels. Our HVAC system runs so good now, I can enjoy eat
