My wife had to have my 2024 Silverado towed to Titan Chevy after hours. Brittany the Service writer called the next day to get some info and let us know she had the truck in the shop. Turned out a fuel pump module needed to be replaced. That was done along with some outstanding warranty work that was due. All under warranty with no out of pocket costs to me. Truck was ready the very next day. Brittany was great to coordinate with and very knowledgeable about what was going on. Not my usual repair dealership as it's not near my home but would highly recommend if you're in the area.
They wouldn't have such a high turn over rate, Their trainer is Rude and a Smart mouth. That's why I quit. I would definitely go back if he wasn't their. The plant supervisor is Amazing!
