We are VERY satisfied with TITAN service, they Came on a Sunday, and text when he was on his way. THE Tech “Clint” was very informative… he didn’t surprise us with a huge invoice at the end, he actually explained what the repairs needed to be & gave us the estimated cost before doing the work, once we approved, he did a WONDERFUL job! He was also very professional & he wore shoe covers to not track in any dirt. Ohhh… and their prices are very very reasonable, unlike others, I will not mention any company names here but please be cautious of them. I completely TRUST & recommend Titan Heating & Air. 🙏

I can’t say enough good things about this Titan Heating & Air. They showed up on a Saturday, with very short notice, when it was freezing outside, and that alone was a lifesaver. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to help in an urgent situation really stood out. Clint (technician) was knowledgeable, efficient, and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before leaving. It’s rare to find a company that truly shows up when you need them most — highly recommend!

The staff at Titan Heating & Air has been phenomenal. Professionalism at its best. It was a pleasure getting to know Sam and his team. All of my issues and questions were addressed with the utmost detail, concern and satisfaction. They assured me I wouldn't have anything to worry about. They showed up promptly the next day and got the job done in less time than expected. They cleaned up everything before they left without a sign of them being here, except for my new system. WOW moment: From the moment Sam, stepped into my kitchen, his professionalism stood out—calm demeanor, respectful body language, and genuine engagement. As I am a therapist, Sam listened like one, he answered my questions without rush or pressure, and did not ever present like a “pushy salesman.” We discussed repair vs. replacement honestly, and he agreed with my plan to buy to avoid future costly repairs. The extra WOW! I wrote the check $1,000 over—Sam, immediately noticed and corrected it. Integrity, clarity, and excellence in communication. Highly recommend.

Called Titan Heating & Air on Black Friday Morning when our heat went out in the night. Even though never used them before, they were at our house in less than an hour and diagnosing the issue. While the needed part was not available locally, it took a day to get it. They even offered us a couple space heaters if we needed them. Once the part arrived I got a call and they were right over to install it. They had it up and running in a little over an hour. Very personable technician who took pride in our house. Even wore show covers to protect our floors. Will definitely use them again when need arises
