Titan Mold Removal

We were very happy with the work that Kim and his crew did to our basement. They were prompt, professional and took the extra steps to make sure the mold was removed from our basement. I called Kim two weeks ago and today they left and my project is complete. I will hire them back for any other issues and future duct cleaning. His pricing was fair and his communication was top notch.

Austin and Tyler from Titan Mold Removal and Air Duct Cleaning are awesome! I highly recommend them. The service was scheduled for just a couple days after I called them. They showed up on time and they were 100% professional. They discovered that my dryer vent duct was not even fully connected in the basement and fixed that right away. Next, they found a bird's nest in the vent at the back of my house. Austin and Tyler cleaned it out and showed me a video of it being done. They even went as far as driving to a local store in order to purchase a vent cover for the exterior of my home, then came back and installed it. I couldn't ask for anything more! Kim is so kind and so caring. He got me scheduled for mold remediation asap, and was out in a day. He kept communication with me throughout the day and kept me well informed about any steps I needed to have done moving forward. I 100% recommend Kim and his guys. They are wonderful!

Requested a quote. Told them we were looking to sell the home and we wanted the work done cheaply and quickly. We were given a $17,000 quote, they suggested replacing all floors due to an incorrect installation, and then said they would send a list of supplies for us to purchase. I said I didn’t really want to replace all the flooring, but I asked for a detailed quote because we were given this number with no context. Titan said they’d get a more detailed quote to me the next day and then we could schedule a call. Days later, I followed up about getting an itemized quote - I’d already moved the money over to pay them the deposit, I just needed to understand the costs. They were prompt and they did what they said they would do. They are hardworking and know mold and everything that goes with eradicating it! They were respectful of our property and our home and just good guys. Friendly, competent and finished the job early. They did not exceed their estimate, which in these economic times, means a great deal. They are an awesome company with a great group of workers.
