Titan Pools Inc.

Like so many others have posted, I appreciate the friendly, knowledgeable staff and ownership. There are other pool supply stores within two miles of my home. But, in appreciation of Titan Pools much friendlier customer services, I am happy and willing to travel across town, over a freeway and past several other pool supply retailers in order to do business with Titan Pools.

The worst of all builders in the valley. Pretend to be your best business at the start and then once they have your bakks in their hand, prices for materials start changing, unforseen issues comes up. Run as fast as you can. And stay away from James son, DJ- he is learning the ropes and even worse than his father.

They are super friendly, knowledgable and honest. Came to my house to check on my system and told me I was at fault and didn't even charge me for their time. Also they are open when they say they are.

Very friendly, cozy place. I feel very comfortable being a customer here as opposed to Leslie's that is impersonal and cold. Only negative, small store.

Sorry, but I CANNOT recommend Titan Pools because they do NOT honor their store hours. NO, these people treat their business more like a hobby than a business. 6 times now I have traveled 3 times as far as Leslies Pools, which is right down the street, to do business with these clowns, only to find them locked up and closed when they still should be open. So done with these clowns. If you are ok with a company that works when it wants to and closes repeatedly when it feels like it and NOT when the hours posted state, then this place is for you. They are no longer for me!
