We started in April dealing with the company. Job will be done tomorrow after a contractor being let go, a new contractor coming in, a month and a half of work just for them to have to restart due to a crap job (which we had to point out and raise CAIN about) and a new crew had to be hired to the job correctly after having a bunch of people on our house for a month. The ONLY saving grace was the new crew with Alberto (great guy) came in and redid the job in a week!! Also, the higher up listened to us. I’ll give the company credit there. The contractor failed with oversight of the job, so much so that we had to take it up with the higher up boss. Absolute clown show. I cannot even get an accurate receipt from the owner for what work they did do after spending 9 months on a 2-week job post-Helene. Dealing with this company was exhausting and time-consuming. All I got was excuse after excuse for work not getting done or not done satisfactorily. GIVE CLIENT PATTY HER MONEY BACK I had a deeply disappointing experience with Titan Restoration & Construction. Despite paying a deposit, no work was ever started, and they have refused to refund me. I paid a $40,000 deposit on March 5, 2025, for a home renovation scheduled to begin in late April. As of August 25th, no work has been done. I’ve contacted the company multiple times via phone, email and sent a Demand Letter via Certified Mail to both their offices in Greenville and Simpsonville, but they’ve either ignored me or made vague promises without follow-through. There are no clauses in the contract which would allow them to retain any portion of my deposit. This has caused me significant stress and has affected me financially. (no idea who this is) 8/26/2025-Update to original post: It appears [email protected] gave my personal information to someone on FB named Jameson Denman, who works for Titan in their landscaping dept. He contacted me on messenger, and mentioned both the owner and the Project Supervisor by their full names. After asking a few questions about whether he was allowed to act on Titan’s behalf, he stated, “I have nothing to do with this situation but was trying to make sure you had someone to consistently contact if there are any issues moving forward” and provided his cell phone # to “reach out”. I hadn't noticed a slow leak from a plastic push-pull valve in the refrigerator water supply box. Over time, this leak caused damage to my flooring without me realizing it. My insurance company recommended Titan Restorations, and Malik, along with his boss Chris, were able to locate the leak. They did an outstanding job restoring my home to its original condition.
