Titan did an incredible job. I contacted Clay later in the day on a Saturday for a suspected roof leak right above our toddler’s room. We noticed paint bubbling on her wall and some possible mold starting to grow. Clay was able to get a crew out there next day on Sunday morning as we had a storm on the way and had to move our toddler out of her room. Eddie and his crew were able to fix the issue right before the rainstorm hit, even working through some light rain. They went above and beyond, exceeding our expectations. As a remote landlord, pictures of the work done is an important aspect for me and Eddie and his team were able to provide me with ample photos to check the quality of work. Our project started with some communication but Matt called me and made it right. The crew was on time and cleaned up pretty well. One thing I’d like to suggest is to have more communication before the installation because I had to call and ask about the color of the shingles. But overall the project went well and it was fairly priced. It’s 1/2 of what another big name roofing contractor quoted.
