i had a great experience with this chimney sweep team in kansas city. i called them around 11 looking for a same-day appointment because another company had cancelled on me several times, and i really needed my fireplace cleaned before guests arrived that weekend. jay showed up right on time, checked everything carefully, and suggested some repairs that would help my chimney in the long run. while he was there, he got my fireplace up and working and was extremely polite the whole time. they used tarps to keep my floors clean and even fixed my damper as part of the service, which was more than i expected. the price was very reasonable and i definitely recommend them to anyone needing chimney cleaning or repair!
