Overall, I had a positive experience working with Mark. While the project ended up presenting some unexpected challenges and took longer than originally anticipated, much of that was due to the unique structure of the house and the fact that this work involved elements slightly outside his usual scope. To his credit, he worked through those challenges thoughtfully and adapted as needed. The finished construction is solid, well-built, and ultimately achieved exactly what I was hoping for.
