Great customer service! The ladies are super friendly. They are very knowledgeable and a great pool place.

This pool place would be so more convenient for me, since I live in Springtown. But I have driven to it so many times and the front gate is locked. I always double check business hours, but that doesn’t mean much to this business. Will stop wasting gas just to see if they are truly open during the times they state their business hours. Will drive to Bonnie’s and Clyde in lake worth, because they are always open during their posted business hours. Plus their prices are better. Just aggravating to drive and find tk’s front gates locked again. I can only respond by editing my review at the bottom. WOW, your response is way out there. I will definitely share this with others. Your response is not by someone who wants to have a reputation for a good business at all. PEOPLE , how they responded

And they put up our pool with great care!!! I just want to tell you all Thank you so much 😊!!! I love the deck the gentleman made for us it’s perfect 😍!!! Your employees are very Great at the Job !!! And are true gentleman!!! Believe me I will definitely recommend TK Pools to my friends!!! God Bless you and all your Employees!!!

Customer service is great , every time I've reached out to inquire about our upcoming spring 2025 Shannon has reached back out to me during the winter months . Excited to get our family / friends pool and deck up to have fun in the sun 🌞

Update* Their customer service really stepped up. I was going to delete the review but I believe in transparency. After the huge mess of covid and the months and years that followed catching up, I can say TK did make things right at the end of the day and I’m not going to pretend like they didn’t! Actually, they went above and beyond after the debacle to make things right. As far as the quality of the deck, I am not disappointed at all. The quality is there and that’s why my review has been updated.
