Tim has been out a couple times and has always been professional and courteous. Came out on a Sunday afternoon and worked for a couple hours to repair our system.

Quality work performed on time for the exact price quoted. Perfect 5 Star review for TLC Heating & Cooling. We have used the “big” companies you hear on the radio and what we got was an “estimator” who could put you in a “price range” but could never get you an exact price. Then you are sent to scheduling as the estimator can not make appointments. The person who estimated the 4 Ton replacement unit did estimating/scheduling and with some other co-workers, the install with 5 Star quality. TLC Heating and Cooling are truly the best in HVAC in North Georgia.

Tim is unethical , he ripped off my wife and when I questioned him about it gave me an explanation that did not make sense( he did not even tell her what she would pay for the job he just removed fan and charged ($387)whatever he felt like for 30mins of work ). HVAC system was making noise and instead of replacing the fan he told my wife he cleaned and straightened the fan. I had to call out another hvac company that brought a new fan and replaced it. Very Very dishonest person , I have not seen such brut and dishonest person . Stay away , from inviting just any person into your homes. Why would you be comfortable charging a person when you know whatever “repair” did not fix the issue?

Tim was AWESOME! He came out on short notice on a weekend and quickly diagnosed the issue with my older a/c unit, explained everything fully, and repaired it quickly. Great service and great guy. Would highly recommend and use again!
