I don’t normally like to throw anyone under the bus, but I feel compelled to speak up so this business has the opportunity to improve its customer service. I visited this place yesterday hoping to purchase a granite stone for a small landing project. From the moment I introduced myself, the experience went downhill. The gentleman I spoke with didn’t even offer his name, which already felt a bit off. I tried to explain my project and showed him photos, hoping for some guidance or professional input—but he didn’t offer any help or advice. Instead of engaging with me, his tone came off as sarcastic and dismissive, making the whole conversation extremely uncomfortable. It was one of the most unpleasant customer service experiences I’ve ever had. He eventually took my phone number, saying he

Excellent experience from start to finish. Great selection of products to choose from. They took the time to show us what pavers were available in their large outdoor showroom. Made sure we had the proper quantities of product to complete our DIY patio. And topped the experience of with a timely well organized delivery. I could not recomend TLC Supply enough.
