Rob is honest and works hard to ensure the job is done right. I had a very complex restoration project and found this company great to work with. With a large project like mine, there can sometimes be problems with subcontractors or unexpected delays. Rob handled these well, and resolved problems quickly. I would recommend them and would not hesitate to hire them again.

We had a pipe break so lots of water damage. Salesman Rob was nice but the crew was terrible. Started project beginning of August. They kept scheduling to come work but lots and lots of no shows. Very unprofessional. They made lots of mistakes and unnecessary damage. Wired electric wrong. Sloppy painters. They do not have a electrician or plumber even on the crew. Project should have taken 6-8 weeks and it took them 7 months. We would not recommend.

Made lots of promises and talked about how nice the Restoration would be, but didn't finish the work...and we didn't want any trouble if we were to report them to the Registrar of Contractors.

My mom has asked for her itemized receipt to show her insurance, so she can be reimbursed for the monies paid. I have specifically called Rob, personally to please send this document as well as the warranty to my mom, but he has failed to do so. I would not recommend this company.
