Very unreliable. He will tell you he’s coming mid morning and Never show up! Did this to us multiple times! He wrote in his report about our broken AC disparaging things about our house that had Nothing to do with the job or our air conditioner…..just to be mean! We are both disabled and just moved my mom in to take care of her and he was mean to her. Sorry our house isn’t perfect! He’s not a nice man at all and wouldn’t come back to fix his work! It was over 100* out and we needed the fix asap but he would say he was coming and never show or call. Ended up having to pay someone else to do it!!

He was fine for repairs but I had him install a new air and heat unit and ever since I have had issues with the drain on the AC and it has saturated my ceiling, even after 3 fixes. He did not install a new pan and do it correctly. It ended up costing an additional several hundred to install a pump to handle the condensation but it isn't installed properly either. He is difficult to contact. No cell, no email. You must wait sometimes days to get a return call, if at all. Update: Still had issues after having three technicians attempt repairs. Finally got a recommendation from a friend and the forth guy had to reinstall everything and put in new ducts, etc. The repair was $2,500. That was not in the budget after spending almost $8,000 on the new unit I didn't expect to have to spend more due

My wife and I purchased a home that had been vacant for a few years. After gathering numerous estimates we decided to go with Mark Potter. He never tried to take advantage of our situation or sell us on something that wasn't necessary. Someone had stolen our outdoor compressors but there were two air handlers still inside. One of them is from the 80's and the other is from the 90's. There aren't compressors currently being manufactured for the upstairs unit but Mark managed to pull one from another job he was doing, serviced it, and passed it on to us with a five year warrantee. This act saved us around $10,000 alone! He also repaired the down stairs handler while other contractors claimed that it should be replaced. Awful. This man has no moral values! He will charge you $ for work you didn't ask him to do. And when you refuse to pay for the work you did not authorize he will take you to court and sue you. Then he will try to take your vehicle for a measly few hundred dollars. Seriously..... Do you not have a conscious or any moral values? He will refuse to take payments because he would rather take your car. Very sketchy, greedy, and untrustworthy.
