TMC Custom Pools & Renovations

Run! Be careful of a good deal. You get what you pay for. The pool is crooked and is causing an issue with the pool filling correctly so I have to use a hose. We are having to replace the salt cell for a second time. The deck has been uneven since day one and they have never been able to fix it. They blame the issues on the vegetation in the yard but the issues existed from day one prior to anything being planted. Forget trying to get them to fix anything. I all but gave up but now that I have some warranty issues outside of the cosmetic stuff they can't seem to return my calls for two months! I am about to just fill the hole and call it a day. It has always been a dream of mine to own a pool and now it's my nightmare. I wish I had gone with the higher-priced more reputable company. I h

Had an issue and talked w the installer of our pool he said he'd look into a part fir us but never heard back from him. Even after sending a text/ pic and 2 calls later. Left a message w their main number and didn't hear back from them either!

Pool renovation went well. Mark was always professional even when I was getting excitable around any schedule slip or otherwise. Overall, pool came out nice and the family is enjoying it!

My pool was completed last October and I entered into contract with TMC last spring. I wanted to wait to write my review until I truly got a wholistic feel for them as a company and separate myself from the immediate stress of building a pool. This was my first time having a pool built, but if I had to do it again I would absolutely choose TMC. Mark and Nolan were patient, understanding, and helped us along the entire way. Where they really earn high marks is in quality of design and customer care after the build is complete. We do NOT recommend that you use TMC for new construction and much less for repairs. They built our pool for roughly about $34K which we thought was a great deal for what we received at the time. About a year later, the pool company we use to complete regular maintenance on it found that they had to keep putting in salt in and alerted us that something may be wrong. After several tests were slowly conducted by TMC, it turned out that there were some cracks in the shell. Needless to say, we then waited about 3 months for it to be repaired. Mark Rogers, the owner, and his son Nolan, were consistently non-responsive to our calls and texts. It took a long time for them to get back to us and do the repairs they rightfully owed us.
