Todd and his team do not let me down! I use him for our house projects and also refer them out to my clients and network. I appreciate their communication when they are on their way, the upfront estimate, and completion in a reasonable amount of time. Really nice experience with them!

Great experience from start to finish. Called yesterday after receiving a recommendation from a friend. Responded immediately and set up appointment for the next day - today. Excellent communication providing 2- hour time window and follow-up texts detailing arrival. Excellent work and clean-up. Very happy with the results. Fair pricing, too.

It pains me to leave this review, I don't like leaving negative reviews to family owned businesses, but where do I even begin with this nightmare? I had TMZ Plumbing come out to repair a sump pump and replace the back up battery for our sump pump. Initially, I thought they had done well, everything was clean and seemed it was in working order. The back up battery was never replaced. They told me they would return to provide the back up battery, they never returned. Scheduled multiple times, no shows every single time. Fast forward to a few weeks later, my entire basement was filled up with water, about up to my ankles. All my floors needed to be replaced. I reached out to figure out some resolution, they pretty much pointed the finger elsewhere. Hiring TMZ Plumbing was one of the worst

Really enjoy working with TMZ Plumbing in Plainfield. Todd and his Team are trustworthy and professional; they held to the quote, communicated with us consistently, and the work went quickly. They were patient working at my elderly Mom’’s townhouse and quickly pivoted when the unit needed to be down-sized due to an unusually tight workspace.

Todd and his team were amazing. Knowledgable, excellent communication, kind, and honest. He was prompt, organized, and had fair pricing. He made you feel like you were one of the family. I would 100% recommend Todd and his team.
