To begin with, they never answer the phone, even during business hours. If you press 2, you’ll get a voicemail. If you press 3, it’s an invalid option, even though it says it’s for general questions. The first guy came out and ordered a part but didn’t leave a note that the washer had water in it. When the second guy came after the part arrived, he realized he didn’t have a pump for the water. He left and said he was running to the pumpkin center and coming back, but he never did. When he finally came back (days later), he replaced the part but didn’t check to see if the washer actually worked. The washer still doesn’t work. Worst part, the washer is wobble now. If your insurance company assigns them, please get it transferred to save yourself time and energy. I do appreciate the effor

I’d first like to note that “I” used this company through my appliance warranty department - so they were assigned to me and I didn’t pick them. For my first appointment on 9/23, I had a 3:00pm-6:00pm window. The tech contacted me at 6:30pm. I requested that we reschedule, as it was late enough as it was and I was frustrated with the lack of communication to that point. My next window appointment was on 9/30 from 9:00am-12:00pm, and I received a notification at 2:30pm that the tech was en route. Again, highly frustrated with the extreme delay and grave lack of communication. The tech arrived and diagnosed the problem. Allegedly, a part was ordered. I later received a notification that they were scheduling my next appointment, and we scheduled it for 10/17. The tech called me the day of, bu

Came twice, replaced two parts. Refrigerator still not cooling and was at 40°. For three days... I was hesitant to call this service back for a third visit. I lost faith in this man "Teddy" who said he was the company owner. I felt it necessary to call another appliance repair because at this point and after two service calls... I did not "TN APPLIANCE REPAIR" would end up being able to diagnose and repair my refrigerator.

We had a great experience with Tennessee Appliance Exchange, especially Jimmy. He did an excellent job on our appliance repair, and what really stood out was his dedication and honesty. I accidentally threw away a part that was needed, and instead of making it a problem, Jimmy went out the same day to get the part same day so he could come back to finish the job on the second trip. That kind of service is hard to find these days. He truly went above and beyond for our family (with a new baby in the house we need a dishwasher), and we are so grateful. I highly recommend Jimmy and Tennessee Appliance Exchange for any type of appliance work.

We had a great experience with Jimmy fixing our oven. He was able to fit us in three days earlier than scheduled, which we really appreciated. He then came back a few days later once the parts arrived and had everything fixed quickly and professionally. So far, everything is working perfectly. Thanks, Jimmy!
