Excellent customer service, on time, had an appointment for 9am sent a text saying they were on their way and 8:59am see them pulling up. Larry and new owner Chrissy were great to deal with Larry came highly recommended by family members. Thanks for the great work and Chrissy please keep up the high standards unlike other companies which have let them go. You win customers for life and others lose them.

Love this company, Larry is very knowledgeable about the care and cleaning of carpet. Very professional, punctual and so friendly he feels like family. He takes great pride in the quality of his work and his prices are very reasonable. My carpet looks so good that I may not put my furniture back! I highly recommend this business! The gentleman (Larry) that came to clean my carpets was punctual, polite and was very knowledgeable in his profession. He did not rush and wasn't here to "just make a buck" he truly took the time to make sure that his work was top notch. My carpet looks amazing! I will definitely use them in the future.

My puppy chewed carpet under my couch. I called around and the costs were outrageous! I was told by many to replace the entire room. I did not want to do this as I didn’t feel it necessary. I came across Mr. Larry, while I was frantically searching on google. The knowledge, expertise, honesty, and customer service made him truly stand out. I didn’t feel like a number, I felt like a customer, and my concerns actually mattered. The price, service, time spent on the job, and everything exceeded my expectations!

Good job of stretching my carpet to eliminate the parts of the carpet that were wrinkling up. Responsive, had the necessary tools, was very informative and very experienced yet reasonable in his charges. I would recommend him and use him again.
