My building super had my windows in my studio replaced. When the team arrived, I had asked them to take special care of my bedframe as it was brand new, and before I left they made sure to lay covers down. The windows themselves were done in a quick and correct manner so I had no issues with the window service itself. However, I noticed that there were dirt and dust done to my bedframe that had been covered. While the team tried to clean the dirt themselves, it wasn't working so I had to get it professionally cleaned. After reaching out about this concern, I was given a genuine apology and they would work with me to rectify the situation. I would give 5 stars because the windows look great and they are taking responsibility for the inconvenience, but must deduct a star for not avoiding the
