We had a great experience with Todd. He answered a text message on a Sunday evening and was able to come check out our fireplace the next day! He cleaned it and got it fully functioning again! He also did a great job educating us on proper care and upkeep.

Very reasonably priced! Todd came over; looked at my chimney and explained to me what needed to be repaired. He made sure he repaired it and did not do a quick fix. He cleaned everything up afterwards. I felt that he was very honest and trustworthy. Highly recommmend him!!!!

19 years we have had our fireplace insert and no one has cleaned it the way Todd does.Todd is very knowledgeable and willing to give advice on keeping your fireplace or insert burning at its peak performance. Todd was at our house almost 4 hours he took all the firebricks out and cleaned no other chimney cleaning service has ever done that. Want to sleep at night and not worry about a the house catching one fire call Todd.

If you want your fireplace serviced the right way the first time around go with this company. Todd goes the extra mile. He explains everything & why he does what he does. I have had this fireplace serviced a few yrs ago & that guy didn't do half of what Todd has done. I so appreciate him & this company. Thanks again

Extremely rude and unprofessional asked my wife for help multiple times to do his job unprofessional language was used the entire time and very demeaning towards her. Took the better part of 4 hours for a chimney inspection and cleaning and charged what seems to be a steep premium based on other quotes in town. Personally im not confident in his inspection and work and will be getting a second option before use so a vast loss of time and money would not recommend
