From Jeremy’s first assessment the preparation & planning went fantastic. Our Senior Project Manager, John, held a final walk through with Jeremy and our GC daily Manager to start the formal process and ask critical questions to ensure their detailed plan would meet our final desires. From start to finish, the project was handled with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. Betty was exceptionally helpful throughout the design process—her guidance in selecting tile, cabinetry, and finishes made the experience easy and enjoyable. Her eye for style and her patience were truly appreciated. I also want to thank Larry the project manager, for his excellent supervision and communication. He kept everything on track, addressed questions promptly, and ensured the work met the highest standards. His oversight gave me confidence in every step of the project.

We just finished a job with Todd Thomas Homes which included renovating two 30 year-old bathrooms, new flooring for four separate rooms, paint in three rooms, and adding a closet in the master bedroom. Our supervisor, Greg, was very involved day to day. There were a few minor issues, as expected with any remodel job, but Greg made sure they were taken care of immediately and to our satisfaction. He is a great problem solver and even suggested some things that we had not thought about. The best part is they finished earlier than the estimate finish date. We really enjoyed using Builder Trend to see the schedule of work that was happening on any given day or planned for the following week(s). Our project needed a lot of care, and Todd Thomas delivered from start to finish. We began with a thorough planning and proposal process with Steven and Jennifer, which set a solid foundation. Frank kept everything moving smoothly and clearly explained our options as we uncovered a few legacy issues that needed attention. John maintained a clean work environment and showed great attention to detail throughout. Everyone who worked on the project was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly kind—especially toward my parents, who were living next door. Their respect and thoughtfulness meant a great deal to us.
