York did a phenomenal job on our plumbing work. He worked with our home warranty company to replace our primary and secondary sump pump, and as an additional service we had him install a water pump. York is readily responsive and thoroughly knowledgeable about his work. He not only makes sure that your plumbing is done to perfection, but he provides recommendations throughout the house to mitigate future plumbing issues, such as installing gutter extenders. He also assures that his work is complete- he noticed one of the pumps he installed had failed. He contacted the company right away and re-installed the device as soon as it came in. Not sure what we would have done without York! I definitely feel much safer knowing our sump pump is up and working! 10/10 recommend!

If there were more stars to give, I would give them. York was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to my wife and me what was going on with our toilet. It was obvious that he was a master plumber with the care he took in diagnosing and repairing our fixture. Lastly, once he was finished, York cleaned up the area like a true professional. The temperature pressure pipe exhibited a leak, and the igniter malfunctioned. Then, it stopped leaking automatically. Until late February 2025, it leaked again and got worse. After comparing over 10 quotes and researching, I chose Toftoy Plumbing.
